Numbers purchased from Number Goose are nonrefundable and confer no material goods or services beyond a) the public record of purchase at numbergoose.com, and b) the opportunity to resell the number according to the Number Goose Terms of Resale.
Items (a) and (b) are true only as long as numbergoose.com exists as a website and Number Goose LLC exists as a legal entity. If either should cease to exist, the customer’s experience shall be considered complete.
The greatest service offered to our customers is an opportunity to meditate on the meaning of ownership and value. The outcome of this meditation, satisfactory or otherwise, is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
DISPLAY NAME POLICY
Display names that are different from the buyer’s legal name are subject to approval by Number Goose. Until approval, all non-legal names will display as “Name Pending.” If a name is not approved, “Name Pending” will be used in perpetuity. Once a name is approved, it cannot be changed.
